THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OF INOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS ON THE LABOUR MARKET

Abstract: This article provides an in-depth empirical analysis of the effects of innovation and technological progress on the labour market. The changing nature of work and job structure as a result of the spreading of innovation is being studied. The role of innovation management institutions is also examined. Emphasis is placed on protecting jobs by increasing investment in human capital; implementing policies for lifelong learning and strengthening social protection.
